Suspension duties on the standard Ducati Panigale V4 are handled by a 43mm Showa BPF USD fork and Sachs monoshock affixed onto a single-sided aluminium swingarm, both units fully-adjustable. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a hydraulically actuated slip-and-assist clutch. It gets a counter-rotating crankshaft to reduce the gyroscopic effect of the engine and also to control wheelies to a certain extent. The Ducati Panigale V4 is powered by a 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 motor that pumps out an impressive 217PS at 13,000 rpm and 124Nm of 10,000 rpm. All of these can be controlled via the switchcube located on the left clip-on bar and the colour 5-inch TFT screen. All of these riding aids are linked to a six-axis IMU to give the rider a better grip on the rocketship.

The Panigale V4 gets tons of riding aids like traction control, wheelie control, cornering ABS, slide control, launch control and a bi-directional quickshifter as standard. The standard version costs Rs 26,49,000, the V4 S retails at Rs 31,99,000 and the top-of-the-line V4 R costs a colossal Rs 69,99,000! (all prices ex-showroom, pan India).
